Most Rev. James Anaparambil, the bishop of Alleppey has appointed V. Rev. Fr Joy Puthenveetil as the new Vicar General of the diocese of Alleppey with effect from 01 May, 2021.
Currently, Fr Joy is serving the Catholic church in Kerala ( Latine rite) as the Executive Secretary of Kerala Regional Latin Catholic Bishops Council's Commission for Catechesis.
